Quantity
Specify the quantity for each item ordered. Prices are based on a minimum
quantity of 100+ invitations. A $20.00 charge will be applied to any
printable order less than 100. You will receive a 5% discount if the
order is 200+, or a 10% discount if the order is 300+. The discount
is only applicable for the same item. There is also a $10.00 charge
for orders under $100.00. Encourage your customers to order all their
accessories at the time of placing their invitation order to avoid this
charge.
Item Numbers
Please refer to the Retail Pricing List for all Item Numbers. For invitations,
response cards, reception and/or direction cards and wedding programs,
all item numbers are divided into two categories, Price A (unprinted)
and Price B (printed & assembled). For example, for Invitation number
12, the order number is INV12. If you would like us to print and assemble
the invitations, you must use the item number for Price B, for example,
INV12P.
Paper Choices
Our papers are divided into three groups, Group A, Group B and Group
C.
Group A is natural mulberry paper used in
Invitations 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 15, 17, 18, both response
cards, thank you cards, reception cards, wedding programs and all
coordinating accessories.
Group B is a stationery density imprintable
mulberry paper used in Invitations 3, 4, 13 and 16. This paper can
also be used for reception cards and response cards.
Group C is our Unryu-Rice papers. See below for more information.
Have your customer choose a second (and third) paper
from each group for their invitation at the time of their order. The
paper numbers are located at the bottom of each paper swatch in the
Natural Invitations binder. Because our papers are handmade,
each piece is unique and no two are exactly alike. Expect some variations
in size, color, and distribution of decorative items such as flower
petals and leaves. Our parent company, The Natural Paper Company,
has the largest stock of mulberry papers in North America, however,
not all floral papers are available at all times.
Typeface
Select from the varieties of typefaces we offer in the Natural Invitations
binder and enter that typeface on your order form.
Ink Color
Black is the preferred color for a formal invitation. We feel it looks
better and doesn't distract from the beauty of the handmade papers.
However, if your customer should want to print in another color, please
let them know there is a $0.20 retail charge per printed item. Select
from the variety of ink colors we offer in the Natural Invitations
binder. Please note that because of the floral inclusions and varied
density of our handmade natural papers, the ink color may vary slightly
from paper to paper.
Ribbon
We have several ribbons to choose from in the Natural Invitations
binder. Please indicate which ribbon code your customer prefers. Ribbon
is included in the price of printed invitations only (Price B). To add
ribbon to Price A, add $0.30 retail per invitation (add $0.60 retail
for waistline ribbons). When your customer receives their order, we
will include an assembled invitation as an example of how they should
add the ribbon. If your customer orders their invitations printed and
does not want ribbon, deduct $0.50 retail (the charge for ribbon and
ribbon assembly per invitation) from Price B. Deduct $1.00 retail if
your customer does not want a waistline ribbon. Ribbon can also be purchased separately. Please call us for pricing.
Unryu-Rice Paper Layers and/or Wraps
Please indicate the paper number and color of the Unryu-Rice paper to
be used as shown in the Natural Invitations binder. Paper liners
and wraps are used in Invitations 2, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10,12, 14 and 18. There
is only one imprintable Unryu-Rice paper available, as shown on Invitation
7.
Wording
We provide several wording ideas in the Natural Invitations binder
to help your customer create their invitation, or they can customize
their wording. Type or print clearly each line as you would like it
to appear. You may also use a separate sheet of paper if necessary.
Please indicate See Attached in this area if you wish to do so.
We will follow the copy EXACTLY as it appears. There is no charge if
you need more than 20 lines, however, please consider spacing and typeface
size when exceeding the 20th line. Please do not abbreviate. There is
no need to center each line, since we do that automatically. If you
would like the alignment to appear differently, please provide that
information in the Special Instructions area.
Make sure capitals and spacing are distinct in names
such as LeRoy, McDonald, Jo Ann. Please include the full spelling
of cities, states, and streets.
Return Address
All return addresses are printed on the envelope flap except for the
Response Card envelopes. You may include 1-3 lines. Printing is only
available on felt finish and vellum envelopes.
Proofs
Please make sure all your information is correct. Proofs are $10.00
for all items per request, $20.00 for wedding programs.Proofs arrive
via fax within 2-3 business days after we receive your order. We will
not be responsible for wording once a proof has been approved.
Ordering Unprinted Items
Since almost everyone today has a home computer and desktop printer,
your customers can easily print all of our imprintable items at home.
Printing directly on our handmade papers is best done with an inkjet
printer. Our translucent vellum is inkjet and laser jet imprintable,
guaranteed.
Response Card (A or B)
Select which style of response card you desire A or B.
The Response Card paper will match the invitation paper unless you request
another paper choice. If you wish to order these printed, please type
or print clearly each line as you would like it to appear (maximum 7
lines). If you wish to order these blank, the mulberry paper will come
5"x 7" and vellum paper, 4"x 6", to accommodate printing 2-up at once.
Include the response envelope wording which will appear on the front
of the response envelope. The typeface and ink color will automatically
be the same as the invitation, unless noted.
Reception and/or Direction Card (C)
The Reception and/or Direction Card will match the invitation paper
unless you request heavy stock vellum paper instead. If you wish to
order these printed, please type or print clearly each line as they
would like it to appear (maximum 7 lines). If you wish to order these
blank, the mulberry paper will come 5"x 7" and heavy stock vellum paper,
4"x 6", to accommodate printing 2-up at once. The typeface and ink color
will automatically be the same as the invitation, unless noted.
Thank You Card (D)
If you wish to order these printed, please indicate whether you would
like "Thank You" or a custom monogram printed on the outside of the
card. Please refer to the Monogram styles in your Natural Invitations
binder and indicate style number. The standard format for a monogram
is in the following order: 1) Groom's First Name Initial, 2) Married
Last Name Initial, 3) Bride's First Name Initial. For example, Jason
& Catherine Black would appear: JBC. The middle letter will appear
larger than the first and last letter. The Thank You Card paper will
match the invitation paper unless your customer requests another paper
choice. The typeface will be the same as the invitation, unless otherwise
noted. Add $0.40 retail for printing a message inside card (maximum
7 lines). Don't forget to include the return address, which will be
printed on the envelope flap.
Envelopes:
Vellum Envelopes
To change felt finish envelopes to vellum envelopes (available on
Invitations 9 and 12 only), add $0.20 retail. Please indicate your
request under Special Instructions.
Matching Mulberry Envelopes
Matching mulberry envelopes can be add on Invitation 1, 4, 7, 13,
16, 17 for an additional $0.50 retail. Please indicate your request
under Special Instructions.
Envelope Liner
Add $0.80 retail for each Unryu-Rice paper lined envelope. Envelope
liners are offered on felt finish envelopes only. If you order from
Price A, your envelope liner is not assembled to the inside of your
envelopes. Please indicate your request under Special Instructions.
Outer Envelopes
Inner and outer envelopes are on Invitations 1, 4, 7, 13, 16, and
17. A felt finish outer envelope can be added to Invitations 2, 11,
14 for an additional $0.50 retail each. To add a felt-finish outer
envelope to #9, add $0.80 retail each.
Mailing Cost
Due to the uniqueness in size and heavier stock on some invitations,
extra postage may be required. We suggest you contact your local postmaster
for exact postage before mailing.
Wedding Program (E or F)
The wedding program consists of 1) a cover in the paper choice they
desire and 2) two inside felt finish or vellum pages. For vellum pages
instead of felt finish, add $0.20 retail. Since there is not enough
room to type or print the program information on the order form, please
attach an additional sheet. Please indicate See Attached in this
area if you wish to do so. On a separate sheet, set-up the wedding program
format EXACTLY the way you would like it to appear.
Please make sure all your information is correct.
Proofs are $20.00 per request for wedding programs. The same ordering
procedures apply to wedding programs as invitations. Indicate quantity,
paper choices, typeface, ink color and ribbon color.
We offer two styles of wedding programs, without ribbon
or with ribbon. Both styles of wedding programs can come printed (Price
A) or unprinted (Price B). Printing is on page 2 and page 3 only. If
your customer would like to print on any additional page, add $0.80
retail per page. Add $0.20 retail for each additional felt finish page,
$0.40 for each additional vellum page. Holes are punched per request
for an additional $0.20 retail. Please include all requests in the Special
Instructions area.
Place Cards (G or H)
Place Cards come in a set of 20 and are available in two styles and
a variety of handmade paper choices (match invitation paper or optional
paper). Because we do not offer custom printing on these, you can order
a pre-printed version (PCG), that allows your customer to handwrite
the guest's name and table number on the pre-printed lines, or we also
offer blank place cards (PCH). The vellum paper on the blank place cards
come in 8½" x 11" size sheets allowing your customer to print their
own information. If they would like to leave it blank, but would like
to have them assembled, add $2.50 retail per set of 20 to PCH. Please
use the Accessories Order Form for this item.
Guest Books, Pen Sets and Photo Albums
The beauty and craftsmanship of our guest books, pen sets and photo
albums are some of the best in the industry. Encourage your customer
to carry through the natural paper theme with these accessories. Please
use the Accessories Order Form for these items. We can customize
the accessory to match the invitation paper, or they can select another
paper number.
There is a $10.00 charge for all orders under $100.00.
Encourage your customers to order all their accessories at the time
of placing their invitation order to avoid this charge.
Guest books come in three different sizes and a variety
of handmade paper choices (match invitation paper or optional paper).
You may choose gold or silver lined pages, guest signature lines only
or guest names and thoughts, ribbon color and rose color. Pen sets come
with a choice of gold or silver pen color (both with black ink).
Photo albums come in four different sizes and a variety
of handmade paper choices (match invitation paper or optional paper),
ribbon color and rose color (optional). Our photo albums are post bound
and expandable with 30, 100% acid free pages and photo spacers. Your
customer can add a set of 20 acid free pages with post extenders for
$8.00 retail.
Ribbon & Paper Roses for Coordinating Accessories
Add an organdy ribbon to accent our guest books, pen sets, photo albums
and favors. Use the 1½" ribbon codes in your Natural Invitations
binder to accent guest books, pen sets and photo albums. Use the 5/8"
ribbon codes for favor bags (see below). If you would like to add ribbon
and one of our paper roses to our guest books, pen sets and photo
albums, we have several rose colors to choose from. Please call us if
you would like to order a rose bouquet swatch.
Large Heart Money Boxes
Our large heart shaped money boxes come in three different papers: 1)

Mini Bag Favors/Heart Favors
We have a beautiful line of mulberry paper mini bag favors (3" x ½"
x 3"). They come complete with ribbon or raffia for easy assembly. Our
mini bag favor display boards feature mini bag favors in our different
types of papers. We also offer heart favors (3 ½" x ½" x 4"). Please
use the Accessories Order Form for these items. Each favor bag
display board is $25.00 each. Please call us if you would like to order
a display board.
Bridesmaid Gifts
Our small heart boxes and stationery sets make precious gifts to bridesmaids,
mothers grandmothers, or just about anyone. Each size heart box (small,
medium or large) is covered with natural snow white handmade mulberry
paper with choice of red or white mulberry paper flowers on box lid.
These boxes do not come without flowers. Our popular stationery sets
feature 10 sheets of natural writing paper with matching envelopes in
a beautiful floral keepsake box. Please use the Accessories Order
Form for these items or call us if you would like to order samples.
Larger Sheets of Paper
Our parent company, The Natural Paper Company, carries all the
papers shown in the Natural Invitations binder in parent size
sheets (22" x 31"). The unryu-rice papers are available in 18.5" x 26"
and 32" x 26". Please contact us for pricing if your customer would
like to create something unique for their special event, using our larger
sheets.
Need More Order Forms
Please check the box on the top of the order form if you should need
more forms. You will receive 10 forms per request with your order.
Delivery Time
All orders are printed and assembled within 10-15 business days. Shipping
time is based on shipping method. If a proof is requested, allow 10-15
business days after proof approval. For unprinted orders, the
turnaround time is 7-10 business days. Rush orders will be completed
in 3 to 7 business days with a $20 charge (per 100) for rush orders
(does not include rush shipping charge).
Shipping Method
Prices do not include shipping. Prices are F.O.B. Anaheim, California.
We will ship your order by UPS ground or Fed Ex ground unless you request
otherwise. However, you can also choose a quicker method if necessary.
If you select drop ship, you must include the shipping
address on the order form. There will be an additional $8.00 charge
for drop shipments. For Hawaii or Alaska orders, there will be an additional
$5.00 charge for post office delivery.
Pricing
Please refer to our retail pricing lists for assistance. Prices listed
are suggested retail prices for each item. The wholesale price (your
price) is 50% of our suggested retail price. If prices change, you
will be mailed a price increase notice 60 days in advance. Price A is
for unprinted items, Price B is for printed and assembled items. Please
use these item numbers in your Order Summary. There is a $10.00
charge for all orders under $100.00. Prices are F.O.B. Anaheim, California.
Payment Methods
First orders are C.O.D.'s, credit card or pro-forma (pre-paid). We accept
Visa or Mastercard. Your card will not be charged until day of shipment.
Pre-Paid Credit Card Account: On your order
form, you will notice a Pre-Pay selection. You can establish
an on-going account with us, by providing us with a credit card number
to pre-pay for each order automatically. On your first order, please
indicate the credit card information. If you select Pre-Pay,
when we ship the customer's order, your credit card will be automatically
billed. Any invoices paid by credit cards after 7 days from invoice
date may incur an additional financial charge. On subsequent orders,
you will only have to select Pre-Pay in this area. You are responsible
to update your information if you wish to change your credit card number.
Net 30 Days: With approved credit only. Please
fax your credit information to (714) 575-0077. A charge of 1.5% per
month finance charge will be applied to past due accounts.
Returns
Any discrepancies must be made within 10 days from receipt of order.
There are no returns accepted on any printed items. All other items
require a written or verbal authorization by Natural Invitations. Returns
are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Absolutely no returns allowed after
30 days from the shipment date.
